You only get into rehabilitation when you are stable.
In schizophrenia, there is a distinction between negative and postitive symptoms.
For me, it is rather the negative symptoms that are treated (hopefully).
But when I had a psychosis I imagined very strange things.
For example, that there was a group following me or that I had the eye of Horus and could hear things all over the world, like a satellite flying over the earth. I also constantly had the feeling that someone wanted to kill me.
Saw shadows of people who wanted to eat my soul.
Once I imagined Bill Gates and Billy Eilish wanted to make me a rapper but since I didn't want that they had to kill me.
Once I thought I had discovered the reality formula and the C.I.A. wanted to kill me.
Stuff Like That

Googled a little yesterday and today
There is no medication against the negative symptoms of schizophrenia and antidepressants should only be taken in combination with neuroleptics.

When I was in psychosis I had a lot of energy because I was on edge all the time that someone was going to kill me.
The negative symptoms can be compared to a moderate to severe depression. And that is the case with me that I have difficulty following conversations and organizing my thoughts.
