In 20-30 years from now, people will be complaining about 2040s anime and wanting to go back to the "good old 2010 days" of shit like One Punch Man or Attack on Titan while ignoring the billions of otaku pandering anime, much like how people want to go back to 80s anime but can only name entry-level 80s stuff like Dragon Ball or Fist of the North Star.
