>>17337589This is happening everywhere and to everyone. All the skinny people I've known now have some fat/pot bellies/etc. The fat people are now MEGA obese. I'm 280. I was never this fat. If I wanted to lose weight, I'd cut calories and work out hard. I know how to lose weight. On two occasions in my life I've dropped 50 pounds over the course of 3~6 months. I KNOW how to lose weight. The thing is, that doesn't work anymore. There is something in the food that prevents weight from coming off, and it can't just be the fact that I'm now over 40.
My wife is in the same boat. She barely eats anything, she works out several times a weak; cardio, HIIT, pilates... I lift weights 2 - 3 times a week, and do cardio 3 - 5 times a week for at least an hour. The scale hasn't budged for either of us, and she's eating a net calorie intake of like sub-800 per day, and believe me -- we are counting.
It's so fucking unreal, but the jews have legitimately poisoned our food. I avoid anything and everything with HFCS and seed oils. I'm sure they sneak the latter into some things, but overall my diet is mainly fish, eggs, dairy, bread, and fruits & vegetables. I don't even eat unhealthy. For dinner I had four little falafel balls, one pita bread, and a salad consisting of tomato, cucumber, red onion, parsley, and freshly squeezed lemon. For breakfast I had raisin brain with blueberries, 2% milk, and a couple pita chips with cheddar cheese for a snack.
How the fuck is it impossible to lose weight now?
