i understand it when it's used for things like -겠네, like a reaction
what i don't get (lol pun) is the other usage, like choosing between 겠 and ㄹ 것이다.
if I were to write something like:
이따가 할 거예요
이따가 하겠어요
is it like "I'm going do it later" vs. "I -WILL- do it later."
the only time 겠 makes a lot of sense is in formal situation things, like, "Yes, boss, I'll work harder." or "잘 먹겠습니다"
