The cause of so much loneliness today is due to decreasing birth rates. More than 50% of women up to age 35 don't have children today. Marriage rates are also down. Having children keeps you busy and involved with your community. You get involved with school functions, events, and network with other people who have kids. People with no kids don't have much reason to socialize. It's none of our fault, or anyone else's who is alone. There should be a prequal to Children of Men
