Who else had a pretty good shit today?
Mine was very relaxing, consistency was good, not too prickly, not too watery.
Smell was a little off, but otherwise, a super dooper poop.

Last night I began having extremely bad cramps near the end of my shift. After excessive gas, I finally plopped out a few pellets, but it would take another hour (managers let me leave because of the pain)

before I was able to squeeze out my soft serve into the bowl. Basically liquified sulfur spewing from my ass. Had to have been the worst shit I've had this year. My stomach still feels shitty, and I'm not sure if it's hunger or some shit like dysentary.

Last night I kept waking up from my sleep to terrible stomach pains, and then falling back asleep. After this happened three or four times, I had enough of it, and decided to try to take a shit. I felt like I deflated and lost a few pounds, and felt wonderful afterwards. Fell right back asleep, and wasn't prematurely woken again.
