Second, your question about the i5's is easily solved by looking on the intel website at the specs. By a pretty large margin the 13500 has more threads and cores. Yes you're correct that more cores/threads is better so long as you have hyperthreading which both of them do. They're also both Raptor Lake architecture so there's not a whole lot of debate there. We could talk about cache all day but I'd rather not. It's almost completely superfluous. Decide based on price point but don't cheap out on processors and graphics cards. Your system will only be as good as its weakest part.
Lastly your 32 vs 64 debate. Price again. Multi slot RAM will be better than one single large stick. I airlink a VR headset on 32gb just for perspective.
