>>17383452it's a long acting benzo, they usually prescribe alprazolam (xanax) or lorazepam (ativan) for sleep but they should not be taken for a long period, I've not heard of diazepam being prescribed for sleep and there must be other meds that can do the same job and aren't benzos like low doses of some atypical antipsychotics (I don't know the exact side effects someone could experience with these), ask your doctor about them if you want, 25mg seroquel will make you sleep like a baby in 30-40 minutes
