I bought 6 baby chicks. Raised them for 5 weeks. Realized I needed to present to Planning Commission. I submit paperwork. Fuck you you must submit to zoning first for variance. Ordinance says no hens xyznoise123odorblahblah "except as provided by the Planning Commission." I argue there is no need for a variance to zoning commission based on ordinance verbiage citing planning commission as the authority. Fuck you this is what I infer instead and fuck you again the ordinance only pertains to grandfathered in people.
