Was a bit of a chunker but put in the effort to just do more exercise, I went to the small fitness center on my apartment everyday to just do something, Cardio everyday except weekends and do some chest press and lat pull downs, seated rows. Now it feels weird not going to do something everyday because it just became a part if my daily routine and I'm a man on routine and don't like spontaneity. Just do some exercise, don't change your diet immediately, if you exercise and be more healthy you will naturaly feel inclined to eat less and be more health conscious. Good luck m8
