I heard it started on reddit. I have a problem with it, because it is the leftist globalists that want to kill billions of people and believe in made up stuff like global warming and le overpopulation and were the snarky weasels in high school that said stuff like you should have to have a license to reproduce.
So, at this point, I deduce it is a forced meme to make the right seem like genociders while it's really the left that believes in that. (Communist countries actually killing millions for example.)
