Real talk, you need to stop drinking alcohol and eating food that is cooked in seed oils daily. No more chicken wings/fried food in general. Can you elaborate a bit? I thought it was just the fried slop and alcohol causing me to shit 3 times a day, causing irritation and hemorrhoids, but I was developing significant acid reflux and stomach issues around that time too, maybe my gut lining was breaking down like you said... Glad to no longer be on that path

just had a massive day drinking session and the next day my shit was pure black. it's a ulcer. they come and go. the trick is not to continue drinking so much that you end up fully dependent with shakes and deplete every last vital nutrient in your body. that's why i always recover days like this with shit tons of Vit C, Vit D, NAC, Zinc, Magnessium and IMPORTANT! Potassium. I get my B vitamins from semi-healthy drinks like body armor that help replenish vitamins as well.

as I started drinking more progressing into nightly it turned into not just morning shits but all the time.
I would stop drinking for a couple days until it went away but it would come right back.
at that point it was just in my stool but i would find blood spots in my underwear and thats when I actually took it serious
gut health is so over looked. It might be one of the most important things for overall health
