>>17409846Literally same fren, i landed i job where i spend most of the hours doing nothings or just having to chittychat with people, the salary its not amazing but tis enough and for the effort that i put in the work its fucking great.
>Dont think i could learn a new skill every 2 years to a level where i could find a job for it as well, or possibly i just lack motivation/self-confidence to.Maybe its the confidence, yeah, or maybe that you are thinking that you really need to know what are you doing, in my last 2 years i did work on a reception of a five stars hotel, do i have a degree in tourism? no, but i larp good and i larp good enough to have charisma, same with being waiter in the same hotel, same with being assistant of carpenter, i do not shit about wood, but i know the basics of how to properly use some tools and work with some wood.
i guess that that shitty culture of work in spain helps, here you need a fucking degree even to fart, so if you are smart, have contacts and have enough charisma you can avoid some taxed and get the sweets miracles of nepotism.
My next movement? you will ask, do a 4 weeks course to be barterder and talk to the manager of the hotel to hire me, i have heard that they pay the same amount to the barteders that they pay to the marketing, the difference? the marketing nerds have to study some kind of bullshit for 4 years and 2 years of master and i just have to do 4 weeks of mixing.
Thanks lord i have born in a country with high nepotism and where the actual human relationships matter most than anything, got my last job by just being friendly to some dude in the gym and he ended to be the head of human resources lol.
God bless Spain.
