It doesn't give you predictions for anything though, the most it could do is to create a model in a programming language that you could then use in your own computer. It won't train any machine learning/statistical model and execute it itself, you'd have to feed it all the model output if you want it to execute it after you feed it updated data, but it'd be easier doing it in your own computer.
