We came out of the 1990s with a sense that we were actually making progress on race relations and things could only get better from here. Instead we were stabbed in the back by every single group we tried to play nice with, and the fact we don't help them push the knife deeper makes us the villains somehow. I grew up legitimately post-racial in societal outlook, but nothing is ever enough. Whites always have to give more just to be acceptable, which is why we started the psyop of "It's Okay to be White", just to get the insane backlash on camera, so to speak.
White people are increasingly done with entertaining other races because it's becoming harder and harder to ignore the fact that no concession we make short of mass-suicide will ever appease the people who have decided we owe them everything. This kind of 'racial awakening' as some have put it would have been inconceivable and considered a serious backsliding just 20 years ago, but now there's nothing left but that. We send uncountable billions to Africa pro-bono, hand our post-WWII industrial advantage over to Asia, import millions of people with nothing but contempt for our values, and what did we get from it? Told we're the problem with the world. So fuck it. No foreigners welcome. We're closed.
