I'm getting tested for ADHD in a couple days, I'm pretty sure I have it but I don't want to get denied meds. What exactly do I say to ensure that I secure the meds?

I have an insanely bad ability to focus. But I don't know if it's caused by stupidity and anxiety or ADHD. I don't really care though, because I know that stimulants help me
