Can any Germanon's or anyone who can read German translate this? A /his/ poster asked the university Dirlewanger got a phD in Political Science for a copy of his thesis but we haven't been able to translate it fully. Please translate and summarize it.

You can get the gist but the phrasing is very akward because german has different sentence structure than english.

Also regular steak is good too I suppose, the ones from the animals that is.
