Is it legal for companies to make me take a personality/IQ test?
I just took one, my personality is more solitary/follow rules/strict. Easy IQ style questions. They’ll fail me for not being a npc extrovert.

Well, the bad news is it's legal for them to psych test. If you get an interview just tell them you need a set of rules to follow and you'll do it. A security job is a good fit for a solitary, strict person. Good luck, OP. Hope you get the job.

I worked for a company that rolled out something similar back in the 90's (it was called a predictive index). Mine basically said that I work better alone and when I'm in control of the situation, so they put me in jobs where I worked alone and could guide my own outcome.

In other words, it's not automatically a bad thing; and there are very few wrong answers

Come to think of it... it probably wasn't a good idea of you to give a semen sample before it was asked.

It depends. ...

For instance, testing your IQ is absolutely ILLEGAL if you are
A) Black (african american) and
B) is a resident of California

but if you are a white Californian - they are allowed to test your IQ as much as they want.

Even if you're autistic you should be able to recognize the "correct" answers that you don't agree with but society demands.

To this I would add an inquisitive nature regarding the employers' dilemma, "Can this new employee learn new skills?"
Always answer yes and do your level best. Works every time.
