Get some noise cancelling earplugs. I have some from Livemusic and I forget they're in because of how comfortable they are. You can get a pack of 2 (each at ~20 & ~40dB NRR) for really cheap. Think I got mine for 10, 15 bucks? Etymotic is good too. Dunno any sleep-specific brands, these are just the ones I know from my time raving & going to concerts.
