I have not even done anything different than usual

I hope you get better. I don't know what you are dealing with but it is very much possible that you'll feel better eventually.
I've been suffering for about 7 years, but for the past few months I actually haven't been feeling completely hopeless like I used to and it's likely that my health will improve soon which is wonderful
