Think of time as a stream and black holes as bends in the river that cause those streams to speed up. Now add a second black hole on the other side and you have time pumped out at high velocity into local space. This drags every possibility together. Now if you learn to turn it on and off when you want, if you fine tune when that happens you control the flow. Now if you control the spin and axis of the black holes you then control which time flows in and to what degree. This allows the introduction of specific variables outside of your own time to be introduced. The most similar timelines appear to originate from gravitational masses with the most synchronous spins along the equator of the masses whereas the introduction of axial tilt to one or both masses tends to bring in more divergent time or timelines if you think of it that way. This is very much a work in progress which is why you often see nonsensical changes like underwear branding.
However, it seems some people are sensitive to these changes. A deep dive into the more reputable claims gives a peek into the agenda behind those doing the experiments. The borders in and around the Russian Federation and former Soviet Union have changed at a rate outstrips every other category of change. CERN is a weapon and it is becoming more precise.
