Spamming using multiple accounts will at most get your IP range banned for 3 days.
Aside, the modand janitors are people like us.
They do 2 things:
1: check the report queue / ban requests by janitors
2: browse the board
As such, they will quickly pick up on avatarfags yes react really slowly to spam, ponies and other problems.
CP reports go to a different team, which is faster.
To get a board moderated at all other than what the janitors see in their 2 minutes a day of browsing, there need to be reports.
Honestly, 4chan is quite shittily moderated (aside from the fact the moderators are douchebags, there's simply a lot of things broken about the current system)
