Found a cat outside my sucide box apartment and it's really nice and shit but i think it'¨s homless it's not taged in the ear or any collar wtf do i do ban't it's just sitting and meowing when i get close and shivering and now it started to rain.. i lifted it in and took pictures of it and it was sucha bro. but idk could be someone lesess cat should i wait untill night and see if he still in the same spot ?
