Limit yourself to weekends only first. Have fun on Friday and feel good about it. Have half as much fun on Saturday. Heavily curb off the booze on Sunday, I'm talking no more than 3 drinks and if you hit 4 you're fucking up. If you make Sunday a playday it will fuck up your Monday and leak into the rest of your week. Sunday is the day to drink lots of water. A vitamin B complex is helpful for this because one of those retarded versions of vitamin b helps your organs process water better.
On Monday if you are hungover or dehydrated, you didnt follow instructions and are a fuck up, don't make this thread next Friday.
If you did follow instructions, great job. Enjoy your Monday and have melatonin or weed on hand incase you need a sleep aid (pyridoxal 5' phosphate helps here too). The cravings may begin on Thursday if you have any. Don't give into it and restrict all drinking to the weekend. Addiction is manageable when you have a reward to look forward to. You are a retarded animal.
Finally when you master this cycle, you need to take the hardest step. Dissociating drinking from your weekend. This is a process I'm personally dealing. But I've done it a few times and it's nice to be able to relax and watch something funny. I take cbd and watch comedies.
