>>17462855This has happened to me. I am convinced my demon tormentor is real, not because of the way he's made me feel but because of how he's made my room mates feel.
One night, I was in deep withdrawal, was lying in bed for about 15 hours in and out of sleep/nightmares every 20 mins. Was exhausted but couldn't sleep more than 10-20 minutes before my body would tremor uncontrollably and wake me up into spasms and nausea.
I finally sat up and drank some (AND HERE IS A TIP FOR ALCHIES: Pedialyte [google it its like super gatorade drink]) and listened to my household.
I could hear my landlord downstairs in the livingroom/kitchen area of the house moaning and groaning, walking around mindlessly, flicking light switches on/off/on/off then walking to the sink and turning the sink on/off, then to the TV on/off. Then he'd sit down and moan and groan. Then up again, light switches, then to the bathroom, flush the toilet 3 times then snap the switches and turn the sink on off.
He did this weird behavior for about an hour, I just sat there listening.
Then he left the house. Didn't take his car. He just left, and walked somewhere. This is when I went downstairs to see what was up. My other room mate was gone too. And my demon was following me everywhere. Making sure every time i turned my head, or turned a corner, it was there somewhere snarling at me. In a corner. Under a table. Literally in the garbage bin in the kitchen. I opened the lid, there was it's face. I finally had to leave the house myself.
I sat on the stairwell for an hour wondering what to do, finally i put my shit on and walked out into -20 celcius weather and just stood at the end of the driveway. And when I looked back at the house, I could swear it was looking back at me. Like the entire house was the demons domain.
I walked 3.5 hours in -20C to my mother's house, woke them up, old foilks and lied on their couch till morning. The demon did not follow.
This is not a horror story. It's happened to me.
