I use fin, and it works. However, you need to get on it as soon as possible, because the more hair you lose the harder it is to regrow. I started to notice thinning on the back of my head, I went on it and 12 months later it is back to 90% full.

Some people have sexual side effects from it, but I didn't, plus my doctor told me if I did have side effects stopping the fin would reverse it. Talk to your doctor.

Same here. I've slowly been going bald over the last several years, but my hair really started to shed like crazy in the last few months for some reason. I tried Finasteride back in 2017, and it gave me severe sexual side effects that I still haven't fully recovered from. I started taking oral Minoxidil a few days ago, and I'm experiencing minor chest pains about an hour or so after taking it, and so I'll probably have to stop.
