I think it's some kinda work called abstractor/title analyst/ title examiner. It's related to reading legal contracts and such.
what do you think? is it a real job with career path or it's some made up bs job?

I'm ok with the low salary in the beginning but in exchange I really NEED to confirm whether this job will teach me some good skill, and that skill will be transferable

I looked up local job offers for abstractor here in the US and saw a medical company asking for former title analysts for another kind of office job. It looks like that skill wil be transferable, or at least show to unrelated office jobs that you have office skills.
