You need a dregree to acces the group A of public job (that mentioned 2500€ salary or more).
And you could even get a 1500€ salary that its still pretty nice in spain with much less requisites.
The part that you are missing its the sociocultural part mate.
A gender study degree in other part of the world? useless
In the private sector of Spain? useless
In the Spanish public service? you can qualify to acces to a public job as social service in that mentiones group A, so 2500€.
With a 2year studies you can even access to 1500-2000€ salary public jobs.

The most clear example its to become a teacher in Spain, almost 3months of holidays, around 20k-24k salary (thats a lot in spain) and what i said, you want a mortage? you get it, you want to rent a house? you get it... you get anything because the society knows that going on with the public employment, you are just a higher caste when you work for the goverment here.
And if you dont belive me, do your own research.
Or ask any Spaniard how its the quality of life of any "funcionario".
