back when beef was affordable i did payday steak day and i tell you after a year of practice i could make the perfectly seasoned, seared off, basted, meduim rare steak with perfectly rendered edible fat.
it was also the most fun i ever had but with all the fat i ate i'm sure i have worse problems already.
happily earned problems, i will die from them with a smile because they can't take that perfect steak back from me.
