Most obvious and likely is Pakistan being an aggressor and launching nukes at India. The result would be India suffering a massive economic recession, while Pakistan would disappear off the face of the earth.
Tying into this, China may join on the side of Pakistan. If it uses nuclear weapons too, India will be decimated, and possibly surrender, but not before using it's remaining arsenal against China.
Meanwhile, North Korea would use this opportunity to invade South Korea again, and this would result in a possible American nuclear retaliation. China would respond by launching attacks on the US, hitting the West Coast, Alaska and Hawaii.
Russia would launch its nukes if the UK and France dedicate their arsenals to the US side and antagonise it's borders further. This would completely destroy the UK and France.
Finally, the Arab states and Iran would use this nuclear war as a distraction to crush Isreal. Israel would not hesitate to nuke Cairo, Damascus and Teheran.
Pussy Result: No one wins
Probable Result (assuming all above happens):
>No peace treaty, but rather an permanent ceasefire.>USA becomes isolationist, with its economy destroyed and nuclear arsenal expended.>UK and France are now wastelands, relegated to the history books.>Russia suffers greatly, but due to its size and largest nuclear aresenal, de facto wins the war. >Israel may be destroyed even if it uses nukes, due to revengeful jihadists.>Egypt, Jordan, Iran and Syria become backwater third world states.>Pakistan is a wasteland>India is a Congo-like state>China's population decimated, and its economy destroyed. Becomes isolationist like US.>North Korea destroyed entirely.>
