got way too high alone for the first time and i'm freaking out. i have work due in 1 hour too for a class that i'm failing and doesn't take zeros.

breathe, calm down, put some background music on (classical, lofi chillhop, stuff like that), focus and do your best so you can at least tell yourself that you tried if you happen to fail.

i gotta stop wallowing and just deal with it.

idk why every time something tiny happens i just melt down and want to die or hurt myself or whatever idk how to cope. i've tried therapy and meds and all that shit but still nothing helps. it's prob bc i'm not even trying to get it to help..? like right now. i know what would be good to make me feel better for the long run. it would be getting my work done.

but then i think about how it stresses me the fuck out and i shut down and complain and wallow in self pity. which achieves nothing at all.

i need to get off 4chan and speed run this. i can't get the artwork done but i can get the quiz done with a 50 word essay. next time i will be better

i submitted 60 words and got half of the multiple choice questions right. i guess that's better than a zero. that sucked.

i really have to get my shit together. tomorrow will be my last drunk night for a bit i think. i'll only let myself drink when i do something very good. i have 1.5 more edibles left and when i have those gone thru i don't take them much as is i'll wait to buy more
