Meet and talk with Red Hood in at least 10 different places.

Upon fulfilling these 3 conditions, move onto the next cycle,
don't skip the opening, and when given the choice, cancel instead.
and to get to DLC3 for ending H you must get ending G first then go to the carol river area, it is after the slaughter house, and you will find a boat you never seen before

what I can advice when you go for H ending is to do blackwell's questline and get her letter at the catedral bonfire, it makes H ending easier, also in DLC3 you meet blonde haired girl, you should not interact with her the second time you meet her or else she will turn to the ice queen and wreck you, you gotta deal with her friend she looking for then you can interact with her again
