They do that and then all of a sudden there's a woman in front of you that you didn't notice before.
Failing that they're just around, you notice the boobas and the poopers, those aren't femcels, but there's like 20% of women who don't have nice boobas or poopers, and so they've got like a stealth field that just makes them invisible to you.
If you want to find them the trick I use is to count the women in the room. In a crowded cafeteria or something you'll generally find you didn't even realize 20-30% were there until you give them a number.
