Gnosticism for Beginners

No.17577878 View ViewReplyOriginalReport
The Ouroboros, the self eating serpent. The endless cycle of death and rebirth. As Ouroboros ate itself over and over again the strongest spirits learned to bypass the cycle by moving at strange angles. They called this process the walkabout. A way of striding between the Earth Bones and the World Skins. When Ouroboros reaches his heart the universe ends, he sheds his skin and a new cycle is made where time is flipped on its head and the universe restarts.

One of these original spirits which bypassed the cycle used the shedded skin of Ouroboros to create a being called Lorkhan. Lorkhan did not like the choices he had for realms of existence to live in. So he decided to make his own and asked other original spirits for help in his endeavour. What he did not tell them was that they would lose their divinity; their essence; their immortality and their awesome power. Some of these spirits realized before the act of creation what was happening to them. One of them was Magnus who left the realm so fast that he tore a hole in the fabric of space/time: creating the sun in the sky.
