It’s hard to describe exactly what the difference is, but you just know it when you see it. For instance, in the new Top Gun movie, there’s a woman and a black man. They are secondary characters and but they’re chosen to play a part in the key sequence of the film. At no point in the movie do you ever get that feeling that they were chosen because they’re black or women. It’s an organic choice. They fit the role, not in terms of exactitude to reality, but in terms of proportion to their importance in the film as those characters. Compare and contrast this to other movies with diverse casting. Again it’s hard to discern the difference, but the difference is there, and if I had to put my finger on exactly it, it’s that Zack is black and the female pilot in Top Gun is a female pilot. They weren’t forced into those parts, they are just appropriate. Get a clue faggot
