schizo rampage was common in the asylum and it was often put down with ease. Dr Basedberg was the best doctor as he used very effective methods to get his patients to take their meds. so the fact that the schizos managed to successfully rebel and kill most doctors was very unusual and unexpected. perhaps it was because they were recording this, and didnt pay attention to their patients while a schizo rampage, presumably caused by the snek poster, and the schizos broke free, as seen in the background
