i did 600 bodyweight squats today in sets of 200 and i can still walk
i wanted to not be able to walk for some reason. makes you feel more settled when moving is hard
i don't want to use dumbells my arms aren't strong enough to hold them for that fucking long bouncing up and down
and barbell squats suck too i don't like them
