It's not actually women - I've been in a video game company and I've dealt with lobbying/building video game and esports startups. As in, it IS women, but they're not the problem.
100% of these companies are founded and operated by men. 100%. There is no single video game dev, esports team, esports org, video game team or what have you where the owner or initial CEO is a woman.
After a bit these companies start making money, because the men know what they're doing and know video games. Then they start hiring - and "nerd gurl" women come along. They look innocent, but they're ruthless whores who know full well their power and the mommy issues of the beta cucks and how to exploit them.
They worm their way into the company, infect the top men and drive away the actual competent, decent men. And then they ruin literally everything.
They don't lie or anything - the beta cuck males who are in high positions will simply bend over and hand them EVERYTHING. Literally. They will openly and readily let the women ruin the companies.
One vidya company I worked in, a woman came as an art director. Wonderfully competent, actually clever person who knew her strengths and was happy to let them men run the rest. They spent months convincing her to start deciding on actual creative decisions for the game and studio, which she knew she knew nothing about, but eventually through TONS of pandering and all the men telling her how amazing she is, she caved in, took a few decisions and sunk the entire startup. They then hired a blue-haired bitch to revive it and she wasted everything else.
This is very common and anyone who works in this field is 100% aware.
