>>17651555It's literally nothing, lmao. Worked out for a couple of years, and could bench press the heaviest dumbbells in the gym (32,5 kg each) within a year. Then I had to use small metal dumbbells to add even more weight in that exercise, but it was difficult since I had to cross them with the grips from the big dumbbells, so I started angling the bench too. After a while, I did 37,5 kg in each arm at a 30 degree angle. How does anyone even fuck up with 20 kg dumbbells? It's almost beginner tier.
