My priest was a "bad boy" type who flunked high school, was classified as a retard and hung out with junkies but still managed to have a more successful social life than I ever did. He abhorred cloistered life in a monastery because he couldn't handle not being among normies and is still discouraging that kind of life. I wonder why they're never turboautists despite being part of an extremely niche faith in the country.
