Ruffles hide wide shoulders and thick wrists. You can double layer bras to give yourself more chest. Take a bra that fits you and put 2 others over it that are the next steps in cup size.
Get really good at makeup. Remember that you can use orange lipstick to take care of stubble.
Play to your strengths and pick clothes that flatter your form.
