Don't eat or drink anything or put anything into your mouth. Once per year minimum, every 6 months maximum. If skinny only do the 7 days. If fat (35 pounds overweight) do 11 days but no more because past 11 days there aren't benefits

Dry fasting is the only thing that cleans your cells.

The first 2 days are the hardest as your body realizes you're not getting water then quickly starts breaking down fat for water. Any other feeling is heavy detox. Sit in front of a fan if hot
