I was arrested with a small amount of marijuana and pipe because my insurance lapsed after i lost my job and my registration was cancelled as a result.
My car was impounded and I was forced to go through a charity organization to pay to get it out and re registered and insured
I now have to go to court and get jewed out of money I dont even have so the state can make a few shekles off me.
