Concealed carry technically exists but is only for politicians and their friends. Shooting ranges where you can rent some guns to shoot do exist though. They are few and far between and very expensive though. Also even if you have one you can't use it for self defence at all because that would be considered excessive force unless the other guy also had a gun.
