Utilize wifi as much as possible to post as your phone’s data seems to be fucky or you’re in a special area with overlapping zones of service and switching between different connection points like moving from one cell tower to another.
Happens to me all the time when I go into work.

Then the problem is between your ISP and the CloudFlare server. Probably having a problem authenticating. You can try pinging the 4chan domain and set it to run a packet trace so you can see where the issue is. If it’s failing to communicate with the domain then you know the problem.
Call up your ISP and ask them to restart your modem. Ideally they’ll change your gateway address and that’ll alleviate the issue.
Alternatively I can go to the snow globe, set you up with a better ISP, install the proper equipment for local network management and give you a pat on the head for letting me sleep on your couch while I work.
