Is it just me? Or has there been a trending surge of "Non-alcoholic" beers? I been steadily seeing more and more cases and brands for sale at the store. I am curious if it taste any different, but the price is no less than regular beer so it seems so expensive. I suppose the demographic are responsible people who enjoy the taste, but no the inebriation, or for cooking, maybe even recovering alcoholics. Regardless, I see few cases sold as the aisle is often over-stocked. The same price as an alcoholic beer must be what is hurting sales. It must cost the same price as brewing regular beer (maybe) or its just left over batches. Never took a tour around a brewer so my knowledge is limited.
