It seems a lot of you are confused so I will try to shed some light about what os going on with the drawing. The artist tried to represent that number dicks ranging from 4 to 6 inches are blockrd of by the cervix and only dicks having the length of 7 inches or above can penetrate throught the cervix.
However in reality cervix should be around the 1 inch mark and irl it fucking hurts the girl if you bang on her cervix. Also the womb is like between the 1 and 2 inch marks somewhere.
It clearly shows that the artist does not know basic human biology.
