Reddit has a lot more subspaces with women than 4chan for obvious reasons (mainly the fact that not everybody on Reddit will ask a women to post tits and gief sex). If there did happen to be any on other boards on 4chan, they would most likely never bring up their sex, since it would drag lots of unnecessary attention to themselves that would disrupt the normal flow of conversations.
Yes, women do exist on the Internet, but not all of them want to be some Anon's "cute girlfriend".
