It is finite. It's just very big and very old. The natural has a limit which is the logical assumption btw even if we didn't have decisive proof (which we do). The supernatural, that which exists outside nature, is not subject to natural reason.
What is outside the universe is, scientifically speaking, nothing. Not "emptiness", not "potentially something we don't understand," NO THING AT ALL.
