As the striker you are attacking the offender’s autonomic system. You can predict where they will be, how they will be, hands, feet etc. You’re ahead of their thought process. It utilizes the horse stance and focuses on 3 to 4 strike take downs, with one strike always being followed by another as the offender is reacting. It take two to train. Taking turns striking and reacting. The predictable autonomic responses of the body were all listed in a textbook. I still have the VHS.
